Secure Off-site Facility

From the moment your IT equipment is collected, to when it is processed in our secure Derby facility, to when it is recycled, each item is individually tracked through our IT asset management system:

• Satellite tracked unmarked collection vehicles, directly owned by Absolute ITAD
• Enhanced DBS Checked, professional engineers
• Chain of custody trail, with documentation for each stage
• Individual tracking by item serial number and asset number
• Removal and secure disposal of asset tags
• Certificate to prove destruction/data sanitisation for each item
• NCSC CPA ADISA Certified data destruction software to infosec standard 5 or physical shredding to 10mm
• Eco-friendly disposal of waste products

Secure Disposal

Our data sanitisation service ensures that your waste material is disposed of in a secure and environmentally friendly manner. We place a great emphasis on recycling and sustainability for both paper and electronic media:

Documentation, Licenses, Certificates & Accreditations

Each action is covered by either a Data Disposal Certificate or a Certificate of Destruction. All items we dispose of are covered by a Full Asset Report, which is issued to you at the end of the process.
